Do not use our Clutches for racing or any situation where engine RPM`s may exceed manufacturer`s specifications for the engine. Pressure plate can explore unexpectedly causing serious injury or death to vehicle occupants and bystanders. Clutch cover and bell housing will not protect from exploding pressure plate.

LIMITED WARRANTY

C.A.P. Clutch Mfg. warrants that our Clutches are free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service. The obligation of C.A.P. Clutch Mfg. under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective products, which fails within 30 days after sale( invoice date) C.A.P. Clutch Mfg. inspection shall disclose to it`s satisfaction that the Clutch is defective. Buyer must not return the defective parts without the consent of the seller. C.A.P. Clutch Mfg shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to. claims for delay, loss of profits, or for labor. No express warranties and no implied warranties either of merchantability or fitness for any particular use or purpose or otherwise, other than that expressly set forth above which are made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, shall apply to clutch products sold by C.A.P. Clutch Mfg.

WE WILL NOT PAID FOR LABOR COST FOR REPLACEMENT ANY WARRANTY

The Limited Warranty will not be valid under the following express conditions:

1. When Flywheel was not replaced or resurfaced to specification.

2. Clutches which have been altered, improperly installed, or damaged by accident, negligence or misure.

3. Burned Clutches.

4. PRODUCTS USED FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE AND/OR RACING PURPOSES





Who are We?

We are a company dedicaded to the manufacture of High Performance Clutches and the distribution of original equipment type Clutches, since 1982. We are a warehouse of Clutches with dealers in the Caribbean and several areas in the United States. Since 1997 we have established an Online Store to serve with sales directly with the customers throughout the world with exception of Puerto Rico, where we sell exclusively through our dealers.

The mayority of our sales are through our dealers and this is the reason why we can sell at low prices in the Internet, it being that we do not depend on these sales to cover our operation expenses.

We only sell Clutches and its components for all cars and trucks, foreign or domestic.

Our philosophy is that our customers be 100% satisfied with our products and our service. This is why we only sell Clutches of the highest quality. In most cases, you will find that our products are the same as those you find in the boxes of original equipment. The makers of our Clutches are the same that manufacture the original equipment in your auto, such as: Daikin, Asco, Luk, Valeo and others.
